Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of your PepPro account and its associated data. PepPro is developed and operated by Upside Company. Deletion can be requested directly inside the app or by email; both routes remove the same account data described below.
Delete your account inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account and associated data:
- Open the PepPro app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Once you confirm, your account is deactivated and your associated data is scheduled for deletion as described in What is deleted below.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email contato@upsidecompany.com.br from the email address associated with your PepPro account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete them within the timeframe described below.
What is deleted
Upon an account deletion request, the following account data is deleted or deactivated:
- Your account and profile information (name, email, and sign-in credentials)
- Your tracking data (peptide, dose, and check-in logs)
- Uploaded photos associated with your account
- Onboarding, streak, and other profile data synced to your account
What may be retained, and for how long
Active system data is deleted or deactivated within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days of a verified request. Some information may be retained for a limited period:

Some information may also be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes. Data already processed by third-party service providers may remain subject to their own retention schedules.
